Shanghai Bund Investment Group visit to Dubai Design District

On 12th June, the delegation of Shanghai Bund Investment Group came to visit Dubai Design District(d3).

The Purposes of the visiting are mainly to know the strategic development and planning of d3, the unique advantages and supporting polices from Dubai Government, as well as seeking for the new collaboration opportunities.

Khadija, Executive Director of Dubai Design District, welcomed the team and introduced the strategic development and philosophy of the Dubai Design District.
Tong Huanyue, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Bund Investment Group, expressed his gratitude to d3 and introduced the basic situation of the company.
Preea, Asia Pacific Partnership Manager, led the team to show around d3 and highlighted the Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation (DIDI), which is the only scholar degree granting institution in d3 and collaborated with Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Parsons School of Design.
